What every OfflinePOS solution includes

Everything a Pakistani business needs at the counter, and behind it

These are not add-ons or higher-tier extras. They are in every industry solution we build, because a shop cannot run properly without them.

Built for Pakistan

Local workflows, local terminology and the way business is actually done here, not a foreign system with the currency changed.

Works offline

Billing, stock and printing run on your own machine. A dropped connection never stops a sale.

Powerful inventory

Live stock, variants, batches, multiple units and low-stock alerts across thousands of items.

Professional invoices

Thermal receipts and A4 invoices carrying your business name, logo and terms.

Pakistani Rupee support

PKR formatting, rounding and cash denominations throughout, including the way amounts are written on a Pakistani invoice.

Detailed reports

Sales, margin, stock, receivable, payable and cash, the numbers owners actually ask for.

Customers & suppliers

Full ledgers on both sides, with credit limits, recoveries, statements and ageing.

Reliable and secure

Role-based access, audit trails on sensitive actions and automatic local backups.

Thermal printer support

Works with standard 58 mm and 80 mm receipt printers, cash drawers and counter scales.

Desktop-first

Built for the Windows machine at your counter, where speed and reliability matter most.

Responsive management

Check sales, stock and outstanding balances from a laptop or phone when you are away from the shop.

One POS does not fit every business

One Business. One Workflow. One Specialized POS.

A pharmacy does not operate like a supermarket. A restaurant does not operate like a garments store. A wholesale business does not operate like a salon. So why would one piece of software serve all of them well?

A generic POS handles the twenty percent every business shares, an item, a price and a receipt, then leaves the eighty percent that actually defines your work to spreadsheets and memory. Batch and expiry for a pharmacy. Size and colour for garments. IMEI for a mobile shop. Table and kitchen flow for a restaurant. Party rates and recovery for a wholesaler.

We build a dedicated solution for each of those businesses on one shared platform, so you get software that fits your workflow without losing the reliability of a product used across 38 industries.

38 solutions across 11 industries, from karyana stores to jewellery showrooms.

Inside the product

Real software, not a marketing website

This is what your team will actually use every day. A counter built for speed, stock that stays accurate, ledgers that balance and reports you can act on.

Why OfflinePOS

The difference between software that works here and software that works elsewhere

Most POS products sold in Pakistan were designed for another market and adapted afterwards. That shows up in the details, and those are the details your staff hit every single day.

A generic POS

  • Designed for everyone, so it fits no one exactly
  • Often stops working when the internet does
  • Workflows built around another country’s retail habits
  • Currency and formatting bolted on afterwards
  • Little or no industry specialisation
  • Credit and udhaar treated as an edge case
  • Support in a different time zone

OfflinePOS

  • Built specifically for Pakistani businesses
  • Offline-first, the counter never waits on a connection
  • A dedicated solution for your industry, not a template
  • Pakistani Rupee, local terminology and local workflows
  • Customer and supplier ledgers as core features
  • Reporting built around the questions owners actually ask
  • Local support that understands how your shop runs

Built here, for here

Made for the Way Pakistan Does Business

Credit that runs for months, cash that moves all day, suppliers who deliver against claims, and connectivity you cannot depend on. These are not edge cases here. They are the business, and OfflinePOS is built around them.

Udhaar and khata, treated as a core feature
Credit is not an edge case in Pakistan. It is how a large share of business is done. Customer ledgers, running balances, partial recoveries, ageing and printable statements are built in, not added as an afterthought.
Cash-heavy operations
Most transactions are cash. Opening float, cash in and out, expenses paid from the drawer, and a closing count with recorded variance are all part of the daily workflow.
Pakistani Rupee throughout
PKR formatting, rounding conventions and denomination handling are used consistently across billing, reports and printed documents.
Supplier ledgers and local purchasing
Purchases arrive with bonus quantities, trade discounts, claims and part-payments. Supplier accounts are built to handle all of it and to produce a balance you can defend.
Barcode retail and manual counters together
Plenty of Pakistani stock arrives without a barcode. You can generate and print your own labels, or bill entirely by searching item names.
Thermal receipt printing as standard
Support for the 58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers already sitting on Pakistani counters, plus A4 invoices where a formal document is needed.
Multiple payment methods
Cash, card, bank transfer and mobile wallets, including split payment across methods on a single bill.
Terminology your staff already use
The interface uses the words used on Pakistani counters, so training a new cashier takes an afternoon rather than a fortnight.

Offline-first architecture

Your business should not stop because your internet does

Load shedding, a cut fibre line, a failed router, a dead mobile signal in a market basement. None of these are unusual in Pakistan, and none of them should be able to close your counter.

The terminal holds its own data

Products, prices, customers, stock positions and settings live on the machine at your counter. A sale reads and writes locally, so nothing in the billing flow waits on a server response.

Sales complete without a connection

Scanning, billing, discounting, printing, returns and stock updates all work with the network unplugged. There is no queue of "pending" transactions holding up the counter.

Terminals reconcile when connectivity returns

When the shop network or internet comes back, terminals exchange the transactions recorded while they were isolated, and the back office reflects the complete picture.

Connectivity is used, not depended on

When you do have a connection, it powers off-site backup, remote reporting and multi-branch consolidation. None of those are required to make a sale.

How we work

Software is the easy part. Getting it running properly is the work.

Most failed POS projects fail after the sale, not before it. This is how we try to make sure yours is not one of them.
  1. 1

We learn how your business actually runs

Before anything is installed, we go through your counter flow, your stock, your credit customers and your suppliers. The demo you see is your industry, not a generic slideshow.

  2. 2

Your data is loaded, not typed by you

We import your product list, barcodes, prices, opening stock and outstanding balances from spreadsheets or your existing system, so you are not spending three weeks on data entry.

  3. 3

Your staff are trained on your own data

Training happens on your products and your prices, at your counter, so the first live bill is not the first time anyone has used the system.

  4. 4

We stay close through the first month

The first weeks are when questions come up. Support during that period is deliberately hands-on, because a system nobody uses properly is worse than no system at all.

Common questions

Questions business owners ask us first

Not answered here? Ask us directly and we will reply on WhatsApp within a working day.

What does "offline-first" actually mean?

It means the software on your counter holds its own copy of your products, prices, customers and stock, and completes a sale entirely on that machine. Nothing in the billing flow waits for a server. If your internet or shop network is interrupted, billing, printing, stock updates and ledger entries all continue exactly as normal, and terminals reconcile with each other once the connection returns.

Which businesses is OfflinePOS for?

We build industry-specific solutions rather than one generic product. There are currently dedicated solutions for marts and supermarkets, pharmacies and medical stores, restaurants and cafes, garments and footwear, electronics and mobile shops, wholesale and distribution, salons and spas, auto parts and workshops, hardware and building material, agri inputs, meat shops and more. The full list is on the solutions page.

What hardware do I need?

A standard Windows computer at your counter, a USB barcode scanner if you use barcodes, and a thermal receipt printer. A cash drawer, customer display and counter scale are optional depending on your business. There is no proprietary hardware requirement, in most cases the equipment you already have will work.

Can I move from my existing software or from registers?

Yes. We import products, barcodes, prices, opening stock and outstanding customer and supplier balances from spreadsheets or from most existing POS systems. If you are coming from paper registers, we help you build the initial product list and opening balances as part of setup.

How long does it take to go live?

A single-counter shop is usually billing within a few days. Larger setups with several counters, multiple branches or significant data migration typically take one to three weeks. The main variable is how quickly your product list and opening stock can be prepared, and we help with that.

Do you provide training and support?

Yes. Installation, configuration, data setup and staff training are included with every plan. Support is provided by phone, WhatsApp and remote assistance during business hours, and we stay closely involved through your first month of live operation.

Can I run more than one branch?

Yes. Each branch operates independently with its own stock and counters, and consolidated reporting brings them together for head-office management. Stock transfers between branches and branch-wise pricing are supported.

Is my data safe if the computer fails?

Automatic local backups run on a schedule, and off-site backup is available when you have a connection. If a machine fails, we restore your data on a replacement machine and you continue from where you stopped.

Can I see my sales when I am not at the shop?

Yes. Once a terminal has synced, summary and detailed reports are available from the management interface on a laptop or phone. This uses your internet connection, but it is a convenience layer, it is never required for the shop to keep trading.

What if there is no solution listed for my business?

Tell us what you do. Several of our current solutions started as a request from a business that did not see itself on the list. If your workflow is close to an existing solution we will configure that; if it genuinely needs something different, we will tell you honestly whether we can build it.

Get started

Tell us what you sell. We will show you the POS built for it.

A demo is a walkthrough of your industry’s solution with realistic data, not a slideshow. Thirty minutes, no obligation.
