Demo FAQ
Before you book
How long does a demo take?
Around thirty minutes for a single-counter business, and closer to an hour for multi-branch or wholesale operations where credit control and consolidation need covering properly.
Is the demo online or in person?
Either. Most demos are done remotely over a screen share, which is quicker to arrange. If you are in Lahore or a nearby city and prefer an on-site visit, we can usually arrange that within a few days.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No, but it helps if you can describe roughly how many items you carry, how many counters you run and whether you sell on credit. If you have a product list in a spreadsheet, we can show the system using your own items.
Is there any obligation?
None. There is no cost, no commitment and no pressure. If our software is not right for your business, we would rather tell you during the demo than after you have paid for it.
Can my staff join the demo?
Yes, and we recommend it. The person who will actually use the counter usually asks the most useful questions.
