Licensing

One-time licence or annual subscription, your choice

Both are genuinely available. Which one is better depends on how many terminals you run and whether you want support and updates bundled.

One-time licence

You buy the software once for each terminal and own that licence. Most Pakistani businesses prefer this, and it is our default recommendation for single-branch shops.

Annual subscription

Pricing FAQ

What businesses ask before buying

Why are prices not listed on the website?

Because a fair price depends on the number of terminals, the number of branches, the industry module you need and how much data migration is involved. Quoting a single headline figure would be misleading for most businesses. Tell us about your setup and you will have a written quotation, usually within one working day.

Is OfflinePOS a one-time purchase or a subscription?

Both options are available. Most single-branch businesses choose the one-time licence per terminal, which includes the first year of updates and support. Multi-branch operations often prefer the annual subscription because support, updates and off-site backup are bundled throughout.

Is the licence per terminal or per branch?

Licences are counted per billing terminal. A shop with two counters needs two terminal licences. Back-office and reporting access for the owner or manager is included and is not counted as a terminal.

What happens after the first year?

With a one-time licence, the software continues working indefinitely. An annual support and update plan is optional. If you choose not to renew, you keep using the version you have, but you will not receive new updates or included support.

Do you charge extra for training and setup?

Standard installation, data setup and staff training are included in every plan. On-site training outside your city, or unusually large data migrations, may involve an additional cost, which we tell you about in the quotation rather than afterwards.

Can I start small and add terminals later?

Yes. Additional terminals and branches can be added at any time without changing systems or re-entering data. Businesses commonly start with one counter and expand as they grow.

Is there a demo before I decide?

Yes, and we recommend it. A demo is a walkthrough of the specific solution for your industry using realistic data, so you can judge whether the workflow fits your business before any commitment.
