The problem

The fast food operating problem

The margin in fast food is thin and the volume is high, so operational sloppiness is expensive within weeks.

  • Deals that are hard to bill

Most sales are combos with choices inside them. Billing them as separate items is slow and gets the price wrong.

  • Phone orders taken on paper

Addresses written on slips are misread, riders call back for directions, and delivery times slip.

  • Rider accountability

Cash collected on delivery has to come back. Without dispatch and settlement records, shortfalls are hard to trace.

  • Food cost creep

Portion sizes drift, extra sauces are given free, and the food cost percentage rises without anyone noticing.

  • Peak-hour chaos

Counter, phone and aggregator orders all arrive at once and the kitchen loses sequence.

Deals with internal choices billed in a single action.

How it works

A day in the system

From stock arriving to the day closing, this is the loop your business runs every day.
  1. 01

    Configure deals

Build combos with the choices customers get inside them, and attach recipes so food cost is calculated.

  2. 02

    Take orders

Serve counter customers, take phone orders with saved addresses, and record aggregator orders, all in one queue.

  3. 03

    Fire to kitchen

Tickets print or display by station in the correct sequence with preparation timings.

  4. 04

    Dispatch riders

Assign orders to riders, record dispatch time and track delivery status.

  5. 05

    Settle riders

At shift end, reconcile the cash each rider collected against the orders they delivered.

  6. 06

    Review cost

Check food cost percentage and deal margins to keep pricing profitable.

Reporting

The numbers you will actually look at

Every report is available on screen, as PDF and as Excel, for any date range you choose.

Reports run against your local database, so they open instantly and work whether or not you have a connection.

  • Sales by channel, counter, phone, aggregator
  • Deal and combo performance
  • Food cost percentage by item and overall
  • Hourly sales and peak analysis
  • Rider-wise delivery and cash settlement
  • Delivery time performance
  • Void, remake and wastage report
  • Ingredient consumption report
  • Shift-wise cash reconciliation
  • Top-selling items ranking
Offline-first architecture

Fast Food POS keeps working when the internet does not

Your business should not stop because your connection did. Here is what offline-first means in practice.

The terminal holds its own data

Products, prices, customers, stock positions and settings live on the machine at your counter. A sale reads and writes locally, so nothing in the billing flow waits on a server response.

Sales complete without a connection

Scanning, billing, discounting, printing, returns and stock updates all work with the network unplugged. There is no queue of "pending" transactions holding up the counter.

Terminals reconcile when connectivity returns

When the shop network or internet comes back, terminals exchange the transactions recorded while they were isolated, and the back office reflects the complete picture.

Connectivity is used, not depended on

When you do have a connection, it powers off-site backup, remote reporting and multi-branch consolidation. None of those are required to make a sale.

Fast food peaks are short and intense. Fast Food POS runs on your own hardware so counter billing, kitchen tickets and rider dispatch all continue through any internet interruption, the outage becomes a reporting delay, not a service failure.

What changes

The difference after a few weeks

Not features, outcomes. This is what businesses tell us actually changes once the system is running properly.

Deals billed correctly every time

Combo pricing is applied by the system, so the customer pays the advertised price and your margin is protected.

Delivery that runs on time

Saved addresses and rider dispatch tracking cut the delays that cause most delivery complaints.

Rider cash accounted for

Settlement at shift end matches collected cash against delivered orders, with no guesswork.

Food cost under control

Recipe-level costing exposes portion creep and free extras before they eat the month.

Peak hours stay in sequence

One kitchen queue across all channels prevents the loudest order from jumping the line.

FAQ

Fast Food POS questions

Something specific to your setup? Ask us. We would rather tell you honestly whether we fit than sell you the wrong thing.

Can I bill a deal with choices inside it in one step?

Yes. A deal is configured with the options a customer selects, drink, flavour, side, and billed as a single line at the deal price, while stock and recipe costing still account for the individual components.

How does rider management work?

Orders are assigned to riders with a dispatch time, tracked to delivery, and settled at shift end by matching the cash collected against the orders each rider delivered.

Does it recognise repeat phone customers?

Yes. The customer address book stores addresses and order history, so a repeat caller is identified and their previous order can be repeated in a couple of taps.

Can I see my food cost percentage?

Yes. With recipes attached to items and deals, the system reports food cost per item and as a percentage of sales, which is the fastest way to spot portion creep.

Will the counter work during an internet outage?

Yes. Ordering, kitchen tickets, printing and payment are all local. Only remote reporting is affected until the connection returns.
