The problem
Spa operations in practice
Spa capacity is a product of two scarce resources, rooms and therapists, and revenue depends on using both efficiently.
Two resources, one booking
A treatment needs both a free room and an available therapist. Scheduling one without the other creates conflicts on the day.
Memberships sold, usage untracked
Monthly and session memberships are common, and without tracking, both revenue recognition and client entitlement become unclear.
Expensive consumables
Oils, masks and products used in treatments are costly and are rarely linked to the treatments that consumed them.
Therapist preference
Clients request specific therapists, and honouring that consistently requires records.
Quiet hours and peak evenings
Utilisation varies sharply through the day, and without data, staffing is guesswork.
Why this solution
Why spas choose OfflinePOS
Spa POS schedules rooms and therapists as linked resources, and connects treatments to their real consumable cost.
- Booking that reserves both a room and a therapist
- Membership and package tracking with expiry
- Consumable usage recorded per treatment
- Client preference for therapist and treatment
- Utilisation reporting by room, therapist and hour
- Therapist commission calculated automatically
Built for spa / wellness centre businesses
A spa is constrained by rooms and therapists as much as by demand. Spa POS schedules both, manages memberships and packages, and tracks the consumables that go into every treatment.

How it works
A day in the system
- 01
Define resources
Set up treatment rooms, therapists, working hours and the treatment menu with durations.
- 02
Book with both resources
A booking reserves a room and a therapist for the treatment duration, preventing conflicts.
- 03
Deliver the treatment
Consumables are deducted from stock and the therapist is attributed for commission.
- 04
Redeem memberships
Member visits draw down entitlement, with the balance shown at the desk.
- 05
Sell retail
Products are billed alongside the treatment on a single bill.
- 06
Review utilisation
Analyse room and therapist utilisation by hour to plan staffing and promotions.

Spa POS keeps working when the internet does not
Your business should not stop because your connection did. Here is what offline-first means in practice.
The terminal holds its own data
Products, prices, customers, stock positions and settings live on the machine at your counter. A sale reads and writes locally, so nothing in the billing flow waits on a server response.
Sales complete without a connection
Scanning, billing, discounting, printing, returns and stock updates all work with the network unplugged. There is no queue of "pending" transactions holding up the counter.
Terminals reconcile when connectivity returns
When the shop network or internet comes back, terminals exchange the transactions recorded while they were isolated, and the back office reflects the complete picture.
Connectivity is used, not depended on
When you do have a connection, it powers off-site backup, remote reporting and multi-branch consolidation. None of those are required to make a sale.
Scheduling, memberships and billing all run on the local machine, so the reception desk continues operating during any connectivity interruption.
What changes
The difference after a few weeks
No booking conflicts
Reserving room and therapist together eliminates the most common source of scheduling failure.
Memberships that balance
Entitlement and usage are tracked precisely, so both revenue and client expectations stay clear.
Treatment cost understood
Consumable tracking reveals the real margin on premium treatments.
Better staffing decisions
Hourly utilisation shows exactly where capacity is wasted and where it is short.
Personal service
Therapist preferences and treatment history are available to whoever is at the desk.
