The problem
Where hotel billing breaks down
Guests consume across several outlets, and every charge that fails to reach the folio is money the hotel never collects.
Charges that never reach the folio
A room service order or laundry slip that is not posted before checkout is simply lost revenue.
Outlets working in isolation
The restaurant, the coffee shop and the front desk each keep their own records, which then have to be reconciled by hand.
Group and company bookings
Corporate guests need charges routed to a company account rather than to the individual.
Advance payments and deposits
Advances taken at check-in are often tracked separately from the final settlement.
Shift handovers at the desk
The front desk runs around the clock, and cash accountability requires per-shift records.
Why this solution
Why hotels choose OfflinePOS
Hotel POS focuses on the outlet and folio side of hotel operations, the part where revenue leaks, and makes every charge traceable to a room, a guest and a shift.
- Charges posted from any outlet directly to the guest folio
- Single consolidated folio settled at checkout
- Company and group account routing
- Advance and deposit tracking against the stay
- Outlet-wise revenue reporting
- Round-the-clock shift control at the front desk
Built for hotel businesses
A hotel is several businesses sharing one guest. Hotel POS handles restaurant, room service, laundry and other outlet sales, posts them to the guest folio, and settles everything at checkout.

Restaurant and room service charged to the room.
How it works
A day in the system
- 01
Open the folio
At check-in, create the guest folio, record any advance and note the billing instruction, guest or company.
- 02
Charge from outlets
Restaurant, room service and laundry post charges directly to the room.
- 03
Monitor balances
The front desk sees live folio balances against each occupied room.
- 04
Settle at checkout
Produce the consolidated folio, apply the advance, and take payment in one or more methods.
- 05
Route company charges
Charges marked to a company account move to that account’s ledger for later settlement.
- 06
Close the shift
Each front-desk shift closes with a cash reconciliation and handover record.

Hotel POS keeps working when the internet does not
Your business should not stop because your connection did. Here is what offline-first means in practice.
The terminal holds its own data
Products, prices, customers, stock positions and settings live on the machine at your counter. A sale reads and writes locally, so nothing in the billing flow waits on a server response.
Sales complete without a connection
Scanning, billing, discounting, printing, returns and stock updates all work with the network unplugged. There is no queue of "pending" transactions holding up the counter.
Terminals reconcile when connectivity returns
When the shop network or internet comes back, terminals exchange the transactions recorded while they were isolated, and the back office reflects the complete picture.
Connectivity is used, not depended on
When you do have a connection, it powers off-site backup, remote reporting and multi-branch consolidation. None of those are required to make a sale.
Hotel POS keeps folios and outlet billing on your own servers, so charges can be posted and guests checked out during any internet interruption. Outlets and the front desk reconcile over your local network.
What changes
The difference after a few weeks
Fewer uncollected charges
Direct posting from outlets to the folio closes the most common revenue leak in hotel operations.
Faster checkouts
A single consolidated folio removes the scramble to gather slips from three outlets.
Corporate business made easy
Company routing and account statements support the corporate guests most hotels depend on.
Accountable front desk
Per-shift cash reconciliation and a full audit trail on postings protect revenue around the clock.
Operations continue offline
Charge posting and settlement work locally, so an outage never delays a checkout.
